Golden Rays : A Sudanese Solar Energy Startup from Atbara
Golden Rays was founded in October/2022 by Tayebalasmaa Abuzar and Abduhai Abdulla in Atbara to revolutionise solar energy in Sudan and build a more sustainable, climate and environment friendly Sudan.
The startup was founded to fill in the gap of energy supply to the Sudanese individuals and entities as Sudan suffer greatly in the area of electrical energy supply.
Golden rays’ values are to be committed, take risks, and build solar systems with passion for their clients. They believe that success depend greatly on the number of Sudanese people who trust and convinced by solar energy as a solution for their electrical energy problems and scarcity and their biggest threat to be the ignorance and distrust of Sudanese people about the solar energy’s potential and reliability.
Their services include: installation of solar energy systems and solar energy panels for residential buildings, companies in both private and public sectors, NGOs, and farming and agricultural lands and projects.
Moreover, they sell products like: solar energy devices, solar energy accessories, solar panels, hyper inverters, solar lamps and lighting for streets and buildings(residential, companies, NGOs).
